And clearly her tax barrister has over-egged the pudding somewhat to help her case but had she been contracted to ITV there would have been no ambiguity. The main suspect has cleaned up the broken glass and lamps before forensics are even put in to check, after the police visit. And that's just one of the many gaping holes in what should happen.
