And clearly her tax barrister has over-egged the pudding somewhat to help her case but had she been contracted to ITV there would have been no ambiguity. These transcripts are expensive. Sometimes they hand down written judgement. Those go automatically onto the record and are freely available. For some reason Timmy Fancourt decided to do this one as oral only. Almost as though he didn’t want a written record of it. That would probably be a conspiracy theory though.
