And clearly her tax barrister has over-egged the pudding somewhat to help her case but had she been contracted to ITV there would have been no ambiguity. Rob Hatch is good, but Kelly’s summarising is awful compared to Millar. No discussion after is shocking. Done as an afterthought IMO
