@ITV cleaning up is ok but Sheridan smith trying to act posh by pouting is just terrible

  • realworldgirl Rachael Hounsell (@realworldgirl) reported from Berkhamsted, England

@piersmorgan @ITV I am an avid GMB watcher but the aggressive tone & sensationalist style and attitude towards MPs and constant interruption esp over video link, makes for awful viewing. This is not holding them to account, it’s bullying. Please tone it down.

  • 2DORR BENTLEY CHRIS (@2DORR) reported from Berkhamsted, England

@colincurryer @ITV @BBCSport Awful. And I was too busy squinting at the scrum to even notice what ad was playing anyway!!

  • JohnKicinski3 J Kicinski (@JohnKicinski3) reported

@stephenjones9 On hearing @ITV was bringing in-match advertisements I uttered a few expletives, apart from it being a weird half screen format it wasn't too bad. If this keeps rugby free to air I have no issue with it continuing . 1 per half is acceptable .

  • johned45 John Edmonds (@johned45) reported

@GundogsJason @ITV Didn’t help also with the French TV channel control of the game ….

  • antiquarianscot daveGardner (@antiquarianscot) reported

@ITV enjoying six nations being on terrestrial TV but adverts during scrums are terrible!!! Even streaming a banner at the bottom would be less disrupting..

  • RJDhowzat Bob Depledge (@RJDhowzat) reported

@roycenr @ITV Over reaction!!!!! 2 split screen ads, one in each half. Not a problem. Isn’t every split screen advert an additional financial boost towards keeping 6N free to view?

  • SleepyInSA2 Andy G (@SleepyInSA2) reported

@MainyJ10 @ITV Agreed. No issue if conditions require it.

  • SiskJerry Jerry Sisk (@SiskJerry) reported

@itv @VirginAtlantic stop showing bloody adverts during Rugby matches it’s bloody awful you clowns!

  • DianeMurray23 Diane Murray (@DianeMurray23) reported

@GMB Can you explain something I've been struggling to make sense of: why did @ITV turn a blind eye when platforming Ferguson as recently as 18mnths to 2 yrs ago? That kind of platforming adds to the pain of victims everywhere. You were part of the problem and should also apologise.

  • bulman_chris Chris Bulman (@bulman_chris) reported

@cutlerstom @ITV Fully agree. It was awful.

  • Jbunnerz JB (@Jbunnerz) reported

Didn’t @ITV learn from their awful attempt of F1 that any form of advert mid event never goes down well. Shocking channel to broadcast any sport on @ITVRugby
