Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

If you seriously want to sell paid upgrades to it I think you need to address the underlying issues first.
