Just started episode 1 of #TheLongCall @ITV What’s with the edit not picking up on the psychedelic effect the lodger’s housemate had coming off her stripy T-shirt on camera? Sloppy work!!

  • PhilipTemple50 Philip Temple. (@PhilipTemple50) reported

@GMB @ITVTonight @ITV Who was that bloke who would not help worse off. I am alright jerks

  • TwittleyJules Julie Newcombe (@TwittleyJules) reported

@treeinafield @ITV Agreed. The reporter said he was investigating the hospital not the patients, but the language used didn’t always reflect that. The two ‘experts’ didn’t help much either. And, as is often the case in these places, patients have nothing to do all day. #securehospitaluncovered

  • CassieAUK cassie (@CassieAUK) reported

    Some terrible #Devon accents 😯 #thelongcall @ITV... But #Ilfracombe looks surprisingly good

  • Poppyblew Chris 🦽 (@Poppyblew) reported

@CriFiLover @ITV Hard work. Was so looking forward to it, but its not grabbing me yet. Not a patch on Vera.

  • steverico steve richardson (C) 🏆 (@steverico) reported

@ranvir01 @ITV The problem with low water cisterns is that more often than not they need flushing twice, thereby using more water than the one she took out.

  • Mamaofthreebear relies on expertise (@Mamaofthreebear) reported

@thescript @TheScript_Danny @ITV I'll continue to read this blog, other writings from priests who write serious essays about interesting things. But I can't worship w/people who can't help the broader community. And I can't stomach Gorsuch's snideness about the foolishness of health precautions (cont'd)

  • struttyb1956 Christopher Lowe (@struttyb1956) reported

@AnnCleeves @ITV Ruined by mumbling and gabbling actors - need a dialogue coach. Worst offenders are the two lead detectives, especially the woman. No idea what she is saying most of the time. Excellent story and setting completely ruined. Sorry.

  • Mamaofthreebear relies on expertise (@Mamaofthreebear) reported

@thescript @TheScript_Danny @ITV They did Scouts, sports, Truly sacrifice time & money to help less fortunate? Perhaps they did some work,b ut it was clearly back burner. I'm not sure their feelings were stirred up--maybe, but every single person hid it very, very well.

  • Mamaofthreebear relies on expertise (@Mamaofthreebear) reported

@thescript @TheScript_Danny @ITV Yep, Gorsuch is 100% right, I always have time to make an appt to fix a broken bicycle, and to pick up a bottle of wine in the store (tho honestly, I've never done either). It's just that I don't stand there for ~60 mins, in close quarters w/100 people, singing loudly. (cont'd)
