Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?

Currently got Sky at my partners house and itโs **** compared to BT but infinitely better than Kcom. Never heard a good thing about Kcom from anyone Iโve spoke to. Service is **** and they take weeks to repair issues

Ofcom officially recognising it as a legitimate broadband solution under the 10 Mbps USO rules changes the game. No more forcing people in hard-to-reach areas to wait endlessly for BT or KCOM when Starlink is already delivering reliable connectivity. Fewer premises now qualify for subsidised connections because Starlink is stepping us, thatโs real progress. Innovation actually solving problems instead of endless bureaucracy. Well done to the team pushing this forward. Who else sees Starlink transforming connectivity in underserved regions like this? ๐ฌ๐ง๐๐๐ช
