@reavo81 @HumbNarpoSec @hullfcofficial Not at the KCOM no due to the addition of the South Stand screen which they use means that the facilities for adding their own screen are outdated to 16:9 resolution - the screen sky now use is a widescreen which the stadium can not facilitate

@KCOMcare No this is not. But somebody on a BT network has a constant speed. Me and others on KCOM bang on 5PM everyday drop down from our full package speed to around 500kbps! Got to be something on KCOM or one of your partners?

@KCOMhome I have been running some tests over the past few days with my network and others on the KCOM infrastructure. Do you throttle XBOX downloads at 5PM? It has been consistent for the past few days?

I manage high level complaints for a telecommunications company as their customer service is dogshit but hell its nothing compared to @KCOMhome’s nonexistent customer service all together. If bigger companies who have over 4 mill customers can respond then tiny kcom can too!
