Lived here for over 4 years and had nothing but problems with KCOM 🙄 Always a shock to go home to use Sky broadband, and it just works

@DirectlyLaura @InJDWeStan I set up a gmail when I started my blog & have 1 with kcom that you automatically get as a customer but I don’t know what the address is never mind use it!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Mags everything seems ok it’s on HDM11 which is as it’s always been. I am trying another reboot but even if it clears it won’t last very long before it goes blank. After reading some of the forums I wonder if the KCOM broadband is an issue!
