  @KCOMhome appalling connection at HU17 all day, we have a smart wifi booster and that is of no help whatsoever. In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.

  @KCOMhome I have now been on hold to KCOM for 40mins and been passed from one team to another trying to get my Internet sorted. Can whoever it may concern be made aware that I am at the end of my tether with the level of support I have received since joining KCOM.

According to UK broadband outlet ISPreview, homes with access to an affordable Starlink plan may no longer be eligible for a USO broadband connection through BT or KCOM. Reports indicate that some applicants have already had their USO requests denied because Starlink service was available at their address.   @HULLCITYREFRESH I’d actually say KC sounds the worst out of KC KCOM and MKM. Maybe each name grew on me so it sounds better to me. I just think saying “we’re at the MKM on Saturday” has a nice ring to it

  @wilson_cllr @Connexin This is a KCOM pole. It was there before the raised bus stop and you can check this on Google maps so I would say this is poor from Hull City Council 😳

  @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to their website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time 🤔
