Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Wall box hanging off wall , cable loose and untidy, entry point hole for cable about 5 times bigger than the cable. Inspection on 14 April to report the install needs starting again. No further communication. Garbage.

hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

Andy (@andyrobertshull) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@KirstieMAllsopp We had this issue in Hull for a long time as historically we had Hull Telephones that eventually became KCOM. It's only in the last few years when the Government changed the law and we got hundreds of telephone poles from different companies that things have changed!
