I had terrible connection 90% less than what I paid for and now for the last 19 hours the internet in my whole town has been offline with no communication. What's up with that kcom

    Felix is this your exit strategy? When Kas community is down and KCom devs are grinding in bunkers to keep the Kas community going? To drag a prominent Kas leader and a top ranking nft project?     @KarenJukes2 @andreajenkyns You find out. Educate yourself at the same time instead of proudly displaying your ignorance. They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.

    @KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

    @pdaantizio @halfironmum We're all EE in this house and the WiFi is KCOM. I don't know if it was Internet based or network based.

    @RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/
