    FFS KCom. We wait years for them to install full-fibre and even when they are doing it in darkest Lincolnshire they can't do it on their own doorstep, and they have just told me they are reducing our broadband speed by 33% with no other choices. No way to run a service! #KCom

    @willsonjamesd @RichieLyric @KCOMhome I've used signal monitoring software for years now (on kcom's advice) with a ASUS ROG Rapture router. I've had issues with hardwire connections and Wireless. Kcom are the common denominator.

    @KCOMhome what is going on the Internet is down again. This is the second time in just two weeks, and I start work soon. Not good enough kcom😡

    @KCOMhome for those of you still having problems, the outage may have messed up your router settings so you might have to factory reset which is something kcom support will not tell you to do yet it fixed my problem easy. Their actual support was not helpful at all.

    @Communitykc Help deleted all e mails by accident how do you retrieve them. KCOM saying you can’t!!!
