    @PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider Iโ€™ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

    Kcom broadband has gone down, I ring up and it tells me I'm 172 inline and should use their web page. How f**king ironic

    Hey @kcomhome and @kcom, just to let you know that any hours I lose from being unable to work from home I'll be invoicing you direct for it to be reimbursed. You charge some of the highest rates in the country for your broadband and its piss poor along with your customer service
