Tigerax (@TigeraxGG) reportedKcom is down again. It’s getting cancelled. Fuxk the unprofessional staff and the company it’s fine tomorrow
-
hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

ItsJustJosh (@Craucoes) reported@JellyTotPixel @HullMichelle75 @JanPurling From my experience working with the engineering team across KCOM yes it can take upto two weeks they aren’t in no hurry the HU8 outage at the end of last year took that long but most only take 2-3 days

Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported@Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.
-
Jake James #FBPE #RejoinEU #FBPA (@MFIJake) reported@andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

Mark Newton (@ragandboneman) reported@peter_levy Hi Peter, we have had no Internet service all day in HU14. 40 mins with KCOM tech help desk and still no resolution. Help please !
-
Bean. 🍇 (@HLJOHNO) reportedDAMN IT KCOM
-
Tosh&Piffle (@t__and__p) reported@thomasforth Hull's network was owned by the council. Due to an accident of history, it retained its local monopoly long after BT had to let others onto its network. As Oftel (sic) homed in, KCOM invested heavily in broadband technologies, to fend off BT and compete outside its area.

Jake James #FBPE #RejoinEU #FBPA (@MFIJake) reported@ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Yet more ignorance from Reform activists. Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes. It's always had its own independent telephone company, now KCom. And its phone boxes are cream. BT has never operated in Hull.

Chris Shaw (@s14awy) reported@KCOMhome I have to say the service and response times from KCOM are well below standard and what should be expected. Every day this week my Internet is for 5 to 6 hours. Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?
