@jajHKR @SkyHelpTeam We had no end of issues when SkyQ was installed. Sky blamed KCOM, KCOM blamed Sky. Since Sky replaced all of our boxes after three visits lucky we’ve had no issues.

Why do I pay £48 a month for the most unstable broadband connection in the UK. KCOM is probably better than this ****.

@graemefowler Well, a combination of duty to supply and the Universal Service Obligation that BT and KCOM have signed up to.
