    @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

    @Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.

    @ZenInternetHelp Hi - I've recently moved into a temporary rental and it would be great to order your service, unfortunately for my next move I may be moving into the KCOM monopoly. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up

    @indianasc0nes @PollardRach There's no other line based provider in the area for people to review, that's the issue and a lot of people tend only to leave reviews when disgruntled. If any other provider was enter the area it wouldn't make a difference as they would rent Kcom lines though M3 are laying cable

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.
