@mkmbs I'd bring my 7 year old exiled Tiger who still hasn't been to the KCOM for a game, it's tough being a junior City supporter down South, poor kid gets grief from Gillingham youth and plastic Spurs kiddos!

@KeithHornsby Hi Keith, I'm sorry for the trouble you've had accessing the app using your wifi. Some customers have experienced the same issue who hold their broadband with Kcom so it does look like an issue their end. However, our IT team have also been made aware. - Chris

@KCOMhome currently getting 10mbps download speeds and ping of 40ms+ ping to any server, including the KCOM servers that usually have 1ms ping. Have full upload speed, however. Is there an issue on your end?

KCOM fibre has generally been a good product. However, this service you provide now is not the service we once had. Prices have gone up and service quality has gone down.

@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @domhall @gwobek @domhall Hi Dominic, regarding landline provision, BT and KCOM are the only providers in the UK that are required to provide a service upon request. They should advise if this can be provided.

@k_brooks61 This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.

@KCOMcare I am having the same issue. Can’t get onto @CooperativeBank website using KCom wifi. I used to be able to so something seems to have happened in the last few days….
