  • AloisaTrancyy Dakota 🏳️‍⚧️ (@AloisaTrancyy) reported

KCOM internet going down at the stroke of midnight like a bad modern rendition of A Christmas Carol…

  • man0633 Michael Norfolk (@man0633) reported

@KCOMhome for the past 5 months i have called you frequently as i am yet to have my billing set up after moving house. Why can’t you deal with this. I have been a KCOM. Customer for over 30 years. All i did was move to a new house. I have not had this with any other utility

  • Thelikesofhull “The likes of Hull City” blog (@Thelikesofhull) reported

@SATiger75 Yeh the fans were good. “Your support is ******* ****” sang the millwall fans who brought 350 to the kcom, average the same as us this season whilst chasing the play offs and forgot to sing first half…

  • Chris_P_Green Chris Green (@Chris_P_Green) reported

@DianaJohnsonMP Another example of @KCOMcare monopoly at work, and we wonder why other Internet Service providers won't come to Hull. KCOM could and should allow other providers to use their network but money speaks volumes and they don't....

  • jamesewoods James W (@jamesewoods) reported

@dylanbeattie @pete_codes Hull, UK. KCOM @KCOMhome have the monopoly here and there are no BT/Openreach lines, so residents only have the option of paying extortionate prices with KCOM or use a 4G/5G solution.

  • DanFord1986 Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive They didn't do it because Kcom or KC as it was at the time priced it so high for rental that it wouldnt have been a viable option to come to hull. Why would you charge a customer £30 a month when as a ratio its costing £50 a month to supply that customer? Its not viable.

  • craigpullman craig w pullman (@craigpullman) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@emerald1910 Kcom fined me £120 for missing an appointment I never had in January (theft as far as I'm concerned!) and they've only just (last week) credited my account but not returned it! Taking liberty's is an understatement! 🙄

  • Stef_Walton Stef Walton (@Stef_Walton) reported

This has been going on for at least a year on/off after I lost the will to live with the issue. Someone there somewhere must be able to sort their system out for something so bloody simple. This @kcom email address has been in use for 26 years. Craziness

  • DanFord1986 Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive BT/Virgin TRIED to rent kcom lines to offer the city more options years back. Kcom offered an extortionate deal. Thats how they got round an investigation by the Communications Ombudsman. Its not viable for them to put in infrastructure without the customer base already there.
