@KCOMhome To be fair to kcom I can’t complain for their service and customer service but I would@like existing long time customers to be offered deals like this every now and again. Show to Christmas love to your original customers

@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @KCOMhome currently getting 10mbps download speeds and ping of 40ms+ ping to any server, including the KCOM servers that usually have 1ms ping. Have full upload speed, however. Is there an issue on your end?
