KCOM Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • WolfOfBadenoch_ Craig Campbell (@WolfOfBadenoch_) reported

@mattsko @Disc_light BT didn’t take over the phone network in Hull, so it stayed independent, no idea why. Was run by what’s now KCOM

  • Coder_Go sam (@Coder_Go) reported

@RoryMaybe @Morgarine Yeah mine is in KCOM stadium so 10 minute drive at worst.

  • WillSnell1 Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported

@TalkTalk But you can stop the charges to people with fixed contracts, if you need to charge more than new contracts should be higher and new customer’s shouldn’t be getting any discounts for joining. I am totally ashamed of your company now, I might as well go with kcom full fibre now,

  • LawmanLordy Lordy_Lawman (@LawmanLordy) reported

@TheBardOfAnlaby Just had a read about it. I know from my time in telecoms Kcom was a bastard to deal with. But I didn't realise they had still shut out all competitors these days. Even Openreach have to be accommodating to competitors within their buildings and network.

  • andyrobertshull (C) Andy Roberts 🏆 (@andyrobertshull) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@alanacct @KateWilton1 Originally had letter from NHS to book both jabs at City Hall. Had it booked for end of March & end of June. Then got text from GP offering 1st jab at KCOM, booked it for next day but had to cancel others. GP sent text Thursday to book 2nd jab. This Saturday was best time for me.

  • wakka80 leewalker©️🐯🖤🧡 💙 (@wakka80) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@tottyhull I already have done Phil she's been a great help they cannot find it at the kcom

  • petetheblue pete dennison (@petetheblue) reported

@markcass13 @fishface58 Yes and the clubs were told of the rules about letting fans back. I’m pissed off wearing mine at the KCOM last week. But I don’t just think about myself , the stewards were poor and the rfl should look into why blatant disregard was evident.

  • imjusthhere imjusthhere (@imjusthhere) reported

  • izzxoxoxo izzy 🍒 (@izzxoxoxo) reported

dear Kcom. i'm sick of paying £50 a month for **** internet . Thanks

  • nick__head Nick Head (@nick__head) reported

Looks like KCom are increasing prices and giving you an "upgraded package"...Who ******** has £50 a month spare to spend on internet. Why increase my speed, no websites throughput that fast anyways. You are just monopolising us again. Forcing us to upgrade.
