Unfortunately as this isn't an issue with our systems or suppliers we don't have any control of when it will be resolved. - Jack

KCOM Care (@KCOMcare) reported@k_brooks61 This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.

If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat.
