  @patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat.   @KCOMcare I am having the same issue. Can’t get onto @CooperativeBank website using KCom wifi. I used to be able to so something seems to have happened in the last few days….

  @peter_levy Cooperative Bank customers in Hull area cannot access their online accounts due to a service provider issue involving KCOM. It has been going on for over a week! All parties are blaming each other. Nothing is being done. Please help.

  @CooperativeBank hi I live in Hull and there seems to be a problem at the moment with being able to connect to Internet banking via KCom which is our only available service provider here. I know several friends are having the same issue. I've contacted KCom are you able to help.
