Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

zigzagtoes (@zigzagtoes) reported@Tosh_ag @MikeeP1981 It's always worth having a secondary dns. Most of the time I don't realise kcom is down, cos of a back up dns I entered years ago. Anyhoos, main router settings, look for gateway settings, and as secondary put googles (8.8.8.8) or search net for others, in primary put kcoms....
