    Update: Engineers are continuing to work hard to resolve the problem that is affecting internet users on the KCOM network.    We're sorry for the inconvenience that the issue is causing. We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information.

    Been trying to download a 6.5GB file since 8:30 this morning. The connection to the internet has dropped out about 9 or 10 times. KCom service has been very erratic and shite for several weeks now and it’s actively ******* up my work.

    @EmmaHardyMP Currently working from home in the KCom area. Paying more for that than the people I work with not in the KCom area. Maintaining monopoly provision is regressive as people on lower salaries pay a higher % of pay for connectivity. Support reforming business rates.
