@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive Everybody uses the open reach network and is doing fine, so why cant kcom dhare the use of the lines they have? Because it would open up real competition, not these WISPS. Real competition that would drive down prices. Hell, it would also gice us another option to sky!

  • Thelikesofhull “The likes of Hull City” blog (@Thelikesofhull) reported

@SATiger75 Yeh the fans were good. “Your support is ******* ****” sang the millwall fans who brought 350 to the kcom, average the same as us this season whilst chasing the play offs and forgot to sing first half…

@paulnickersonuk @KCOMhome Good speed and service, terrible pricing is how I have a love hate relationship with KCOM.

  • olivianamak livvy (@olivianamak) reported

@KCOMhome hello kcom i know you dont care but my staff and i are suffering extreme verbal abuse because you have failed to fix out internet in nearly 3 weeks. Most terrible internet company ever.

  • DanFord1986 Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive Why would you put infrastructure in without knowing you have a viable customer base 1st? That was the whole point of them approaching KCOM to rent out some of its capacity. Yes it would cost a lot, no denying that but you can't tell me it wouldnt be made back.

  • jo12525637 Bryan Jones (@jo12525637) reported

@KCOMhome well, very poor first impression of KCOM. Install day and no internet. Frustratingly, they knew there was an issue a week and a half ago and neither told me or sorted it. I now have a new box with flashing lights that does nothing.

  • proctorstudio Richard Proctor (@proctorstudio) reported

@LukeORiche My computer knowledge was hammered out on the anvil of Dell, but this is a hosting software problem not accessible by me. A combination of KCOM, Nasstar and Eclipse. And they seem to have taken the weekend off.
