@KCOMhome is 2 to 3 working days for an engineer to even start looking into an internet outage really acceptable in today’s day and age? Especially for new customers, especially when they rely on the internet for their job? #kcom #internet #outage

  • jo_hudgell Joanne Hudgell (@jo_hudgell) reported

No broadband @kcom think my power cable not working… unacceptable to wait 5 days for them to post one out to me on the off chance it is the cable. If it isn’t please call back they say! Any recommendations for a new provider?

  • lucyk512 Lucy 🖤 (@lucyk512) reported

Love it when everything in the house runs through the wifi and then KCom goes down. At this rate we might as well have signed up to get the money for using less electricity because the only thing working is the sodding lamps.

  • Kirstylu29 Kirsty H (@Kirstylu29) reported

Does anyone on @KCOMhome fibre Internet have constant issues of being kicked from the network. Talk about frustrating. Sorted once only for router to reset and gonna have to contact them again to go through the fix again. Not good service that. #hull #withernsea #kcom

  • johncopleyhull John Copley (@johncopleyhull) reported

@KCOMhome @hulllive fancy the story KCOM leave family without the internet for almost a month over Christmas? Lack of engineers and customer service!

  • Danbo Dan Atkinson (@Danbo) reported

@WestfieldCott @KCOMhome On the whole, this isn't a bad idea, but the downside applies those restrictions to every device in your home. Unless Kcom provide the ability to control this per-device (and AFAIK, they don't) then it's very much a nuclear option.
