    @Skitapostur Not Hull resident but contracting for a company based there and everyone has gone offline, so my guess is yeah, issues at KCOM (again)

    @KCOMhome for those of you still having problems, the outage may have messed up your router settings so you might have to factory reset which is something kcom support will not tell you to do yet it fixed my problem easy. Their actual support was not helpful at all.

    @misscherrydolce @KCOMhome @virginmedia I wouldn’t wish VirginMedia on my worse enemy! Definitely steer clear unless you want service worse than KCOM…and that’s saying a lot!

    Lived here for over 4 years and had nothing but problems with KCOM 🙄 Always a shock to go home to use Sky broadband, and it just works
