  @KCOMhome Why is my KCOM package going up £3 per month to £44.99, i cannot afford this ? If you live in Barton the same package is £10 cheaper. Why are you ripping off existing customer ?

  @bbcburnsy KCOM are very expensive, the network is owned by KCOM and not Openreach so does not have to offer wholesale prices to other providers,on the plus side we have FTTP and not FTTC

  @KCOMhome Hi. Are you currently having issues with Lightstream? It’s not working in HU10. Can’t even load up the KCOM website to go on live chat to report it? 🤔
