@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.

@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @dazzahatty @KCOMhome @CrowleLights It's down for many of us. It's not your issue, it's theirs somewhere in the network. Just started having problems 15mins ago and now no internet at all. A site showing reports of problems shows a spike for Kcom in the last half hour.

@MrsMags_C @CooperativeBank This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.
