Long story, but the short result was that we were called by someone at KCOM and have ours tomorrow. You shouldn't have to travel out of town, I'm sure your GP could sort it, or like ours contact someone who can.

Alan Atkinson (@AlanAtkinson85) reported@SkintDad @KCOMhome That's the general opinion I hear. I think the damage was done to KCom during the broadband era. Which was utterly appalling. But they've improved a lot and as I say, I can't fault their current services. They're also very good to deal with too, should you need to call them.

Lee2e (@2elee2e) reported@IPsychooI yeh im gonna ring 1st thing in morning, i think its my router the 5g light is on but the 5g network doesnt show on any of my devices, the 2.4 one is what ive been using, im paying 45 bar a month for it aswell, yeah if you look up kcom internet mate you will see how shite it is
