@KCOMhome @KCOMcare terrible service today in HU8. Is there any known issues? Unable to use Wi-Fi connected to any TVs in the house, also hardwired PS5 isn’t finding a network connection. However, Wi-Fi to iPhone is working!?! Any ideas please? #Internet #KCOM #Hull

@KCOMhome Absolutely shocking customer services! Telephone Kcom Friday 21st October as we had total fibre broadband failure a I sent an email of complaint Saturday acknowledged, Ticket [56087] NO REPLY, NO TELEPHONE CAll week later no broadband.SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

@49percentpepper Simply put, I think the beauty of it is that YJH doesn’t have to stay with KCom; there are no cosmic bonds or fate that tie him down to any person or role anymore. He can do anything he wants, his desire to be with people he loves is his alone and proof of his personhood

No broadband @kcom think my power cable not working… unacceptable to wait 5 days for them to post one out to me on the off chance it is the cable. If it isn’t please call back they say! Any recommendations for a new provider?

@TruthTalkingMav It’s become principal with me now twice I’ve tried to buy the cheaper tickets for the games at Kcom for the website to tell me they’re sold out and had to buy more expensive tickets, the whole ticket situation has been terrible it’s just typical RL shooting itself in the foot
