  @AndyMedcalf @F1Gollum Not for a long time, and to be honest I can’t even remember the outcome now. Surely though as we’re using KCOM equipment throughout, and speeds are dreadful even sat next to the router, they should at least be able to suggest a solution

  @G79Rumi @Plusnet Don’t bank on a resolution even if they do finally respond. Cant wait for KCOM to roll out in my area. Plusnet has gone downhill of late despite what they advertise!

  @SolHughesWriter Well, never criticise the 3 Hull MPs for the same thing, because we have a monopoly provider in KCOM.
