hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

StoryGlory81 (@triggersbroom17) reported@bragginghull Is it time to get a sports psychologist in to address our dreadful home form (although I’ve never felt like the Kcom/MKM has ever felt like home). Last season I can take, but this season seems to be a burning issue.

I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

AJ (@alanjury) reported@KCOMhome I just had someone claiming to be from KCOM at my door trying to convince me to take your service by lying about the Openreach alternative not being full fibre. Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.
