Currently got Sky at my partners house and it’s **** compared to BT but infinitely better than Kcom. Never heard a good thing about Kcom from anyone I’ve spoke to. Service is **** and they take weeks to repair issues

Adam (@Cardinal_Malt) reported@ciaran296 @KCOMhome I know it might be hard to believe (especially after today's outage) when I say this, but as someone who has lived outside of hull, kcom lightstream is actually more reliable and stable then some of the providers of had elsewhere

ItsJustJosh (@Craucoes) reported@JellyTotPixel @HullMichelle75 @JanPurling From my experience working with the engineering team across KCOM yes it can take upto two weeks they aren’t in no hurry the HU8 outage at the end of last year took that long but most only take 2-3 days

ItsJustJosh (@Craucoes) reported@RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/
