mimi ☁️ (@dokjaqz) reportedand we do have a qualified heaker among kcom so i do not see the need for ysa to be a healer too, im not against ysa being a support bcs her support is still Essential to kcom, every member is essential and has their own strengths but if they reduce her to this role.. euagh

Ben (@BenGardner44) reportedYou’re pathetic KCOM! Can’t pick up my sons prescription now because internet is down so if he gets worse it’s on you! @KCOMhome
-
hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

bingbong (@flibberdigibert) reported@KCOM as large areas of Hull are without internet, at what point do consider your customers? Give us an update and likely timeframe. There are businesses and customers working from home. Don't treat us like crap cos we will walk.
-
Gary Yorkshire (@GaryYorkshire) reported@JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.

StoryGlory81 (@triggersbroom17) reported@bragginghull Is it time to get a sports psychologist in to address our dreadful home form (although I’ve never felt like the Kcom/MKM has ever felt like home). Last season I can take, but this season seems to be a burning issue.

Rach (@dinkyrach) reported@zigzagtoes @Tosh_ag @MikeeP1981 Kcom itself has primary and secondary dns. You actually miss out on locally cached content by not using Kcom’s dns for your resolution.

HullCamGuy (@HullCamGuy) reported@angus_young61 The Connexin poles don't have foot pegs on them. This is an old Kcom pole that should have been removed before putting tactile paving down.

KCOM (@KCOMhome) reported@FrEaK_HullFC Hi Steve, our customer service & technical support teams have been open since 8am today. If you call 01482 602555 you should be able to select the options to get through to an adviser. Apologies you haven't been able to reach us yet. Many Thanks KCOM.
