They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.

Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Daniel Rose (@ExileAryui) reported@JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldn’t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, it’s a sham… and needs addressing.
