@eddie3beaumont Hi Eddie, I'm sorry you haven't been able to log in. I can assure you that all of our online services are working as normal. We're aware of issues affecting KCOM's customers accessing certain sites & we understand that investigations between KCOM & their provider are ongoing. 1/2

  • craiginscotland Craig Arthur 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@craiginscotland) reported

@faisalislam KCOM decided not to pass on their contractual price rise this year to help customers. Shame BT have not. Fortunately I’m leaving them at the end of the month and saving over £13 a month for a faster product.

  • CooperativeBank The Co-operative Bank UK (@CooperativeBank) reported

@JanieSu Hi Jane, we're aware of the issue and working with KCOM to try and resolve it. In the meantime, please can you try turning your WIFI off and accessing our site or app using your mobile data, to see if this works for you. – Sammie

  • KyleBooth101 Kyle Booth (@KyleBooth101) reported

@Everton Worst support to come to the KCOM this season, easily

  • HoppersHopkins Hoppers (@HoppersHopkins) reported

@mkmbs I'd bring my 7 year old exiled Tiger who still hasn't been to the KCOM for a game, it's tough being a junior City supporter down South, poor kid gets grief from Gillingham youth and plastic Spurs kiddos!

  • KCOMcare KCOM Care (@KCOMcare) reported

@MrsMags_C @CooperativeBank This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.

  • ninjawalrus68 Jez Kaye (@ninjawalrus68) reported

@CooperativeBank @bankwithsmile for 7 days now users of KCOM, Sky, BT and Virgin internet have not been able to access online banking without using mobile data or a VPN. All I see is "3rd party" "not our problem" "pushing for a resolution". You're a major bank, get on with it.

  • KCOMhome KCOM (@KCOMhome) reported

@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.

  • mikebowman999 Mike Bowman (@mikebowman999) reported

@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. Express VPN has a 30 day money back guarantee!

  • CllrFareham Cllr Fareham (@CllrFareham) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@ceeing42 I assume this was before Kcom. Yes I significantly disagreed with much of the programme - kids in a sweet shop - but some good was done. The irony of our revenue support being imperilled because we had piles of money we hadn’t sought was not lost on me
