    @AvonandsomerRob I'm in Hull and we have Kcom which isn't available anywhere else. (We have white phone boxes, not red). I pay for 600mps and it's way faster than anywhere else I've been. They offer up to 900 here as well. New customer offer is £35pm here as well.

    @KCOMhome @jobrady68 Another day gone by and still slow speeds but no answer from Kcom 😴 will have to start the refund route and looking for an alternative provider #poorsupport #faceless

    @KCOMhome installed 22 Feb. Remedial work reported to kcom. Wall box hanging off wall , cable loose and untidy, entry point hole for cable about 5 times bigger than the cable. Inspection on 14 April to report the install needs starting again. No further communication. Garbage.

    So KCom is down for us at work, so we can’t access the server, phones are down both internal or external, and we’re driving each other batty. Told it will be perhaps an hour 🙃
