    @SkintDad @KCOMhome You do have a choice, I moved my KC fibre from KCOM to @purebroadband and pay £25 a month, much cheaper for the same service!

    @SkintDad @bt_uk @KCOMhome People seem to have either no issues, or no end of issues with KCOM. Ours was good at first but over time it has slowed significantly, and that’s a similar experience to most of my friends and family.

    @Ofcom @KCOMcare Also what about my complaint about KCOM that I sent to you in January that you ignored? You haven’t taken action in years so I won’t hold my breath for you to suddenly take action now....

    Great service from @kcom and @OpenreachHelp this morning fixing my broken line. I only reported the fault last night. A tree branch had been rubbing against the line and had worn through in such a way that broadband worked, albeit slowly, but the phone didn't work at all.

    @samluke88 @SkintDad @KCOMhome Down south we had Virgin media 200mb, TV with sky sports etc and a telephone line for £45. Up here it’s KCOM at £46 just for broadband. It’s reliable enough but prices are a bit of a joke!

    @Ofcom @KCOMcare You mention BT and open reach a lot but no mention of KCOM or Hull or tackling the monopoly, you also don’t mention anything about how they overcharge customers for the same level of service with Talk Talk or Sky, or how they don’t offer TV, phone and broadband deals. P1

    @ysomendez Hello, yes this is a problem we have had intermittently since this morning. It is a KCom issue and they are working on it. Our apologies.
