Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Currently got Sky at my partners house and it’s **** compared to BT but infinitely better than Kcom. Never heard a good thing about Kcom from anyone I’ve spoke to. Service is **** and they take weeks to repair issues

Mel Brooker 🐝 (@MelJBroo) reported@HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!

Kev (@kevbez1969) reported@leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.
