Some customers have experienced the same issue who hold their broadband with Kcom so it does look like an issue their end. However, our IT team have also been made aware. - Chris

Kai Green (@bipolarminddrop) reported@KCOMhome currently getting 10mbps download speeds and ping of 40ms+ ping to any server, including the KCOM servers that usually have 1ms ping. Have full upload speed, however. Is there an issue on your end?

KCOM (@KCOMhome) reported@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.

Mike Bowman (@mikebowman999) reported@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat.
