Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?

The liquidity previously tied to Biconomy will now be redirected into the new DEXes launching in the Kaspa ecosystem within days. This doesn’t means we’ll not be listing in bigger exchanges in the coming months This means $KASPER trading will be freer, fairer, and without restrictions, exactly how DeFi should be. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?
