    @FrEaK_HullFC Hi Steve, our customer service & technical support teams have been open since 8am today. If you call 01482 602555 you should be able to select the options to get through to an adviser. Apologies you haven't been able to reach us yet. Many Thanks KCOM.

    Felix is this your exit strategy? When Kas community is down and KCom devs are grinding in bunkers to keep the Kas community going? To drag a prominent Kas leader and a top ranking nft project?     @Jakewoolford01 Hello Jake KCOM do not provider Wi-Fi just the service up to the router. if you are having issues with your Wi-Fi there is a help section on our website

    @bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

    @KCOMhome appalling connection at HU17 all day, we have a smart wifi booster and that is of no help whatsoever. In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.

    @JellyTotPixel @HullMichelle75 @JanPurling From my experience working with the engineering team across KCOM yes it can take upto two weeks they aren’t in no hurry the HU8 outage at the end of last year took that long but most only take 2-3 days

    @KCOMhome Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.
