You can’t send an engineer out to fix this because of Covid, but you can send engineers out to install services for new customers. Anyone else spot the flaw in that? #KCOM

Paul Spurgeon (@spurge_1974) reported@bazdjcooper I'm not judging him as a person, I'm sure he's a great family guy...I'm judging him as a football manager and quite frankly he's the worst tactician imo. Pre kcom the previous managers simply just didn't have the resources or expectations back then as we were low league fodder.
