    @RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

    Felix is this your exit strategy? When Kas community is down and KCom devs are grinding in bunkers to keep the Kas community going? To drag a prominent Kas leader and a top ranking nft project?     @ciaran296 @KCOMhome I know it might be hard to believe (especially after today's outage) when I say this, but as someone who has lived outside of hull, kcom lightstream is actually more reliable and stable then some of the providers of had elsewhere

    @INDEPENDENT_MG @littlearfer You would have thought they could have come to some agreement to share the underground space. KCOM seem very bad at not facilitating help to other suppliers

    @Jakewoolford01 Hello Jake KCOM do not provider Wi-Fi just the service up to the router. if you are having issues with your Wi-Fi there is a help section on our website

    @thomasforth Hull's network was owned by the council. Due to an accident of history, it retained its local monopoly long after BT had to let others onto its network. As Oftel (sic) homed in, KCOM invested heavily in broadband technologies, to fend off BT and compete outside its area.
