    @steviee_p @PollardRach Had BT in my flat for 2 years never had an issue. Currently got Sky at my partners house and it’s **** compared to BT but infinitely better than Kcom. Never heard a good thing about Kcom from anyone I’ve spoke to. Service is **** and they take weeks to repair issues

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, we have had no Internet service all day in HU14. 40 mins with KCOM tech help desk and still no resolution. Help please !

    @indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

    @ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Apart from Hull never had red boxes, they were usually cream, KCOM was never part of the GPO or BT

    So KCom is down for us at work, so we can’t access the server, phones are down both internal or external, and we’re driving each other batty. Told it will be perhaps an hour 🙃

    **** KCOM it’s getting cancelled. Down again within a few weeks. Connexion the way forward now. Unprofessional outfit at @KCOMhome
