    @KCOMcare I am having the same issue. Can’t get onto @CooperativeBank website using KCom wifi. I used to be able to so something seems to have happened in the last few days….

    @CooperativeBank @bankwithsmile for 7 days now users of KCOM, Sky, BT and Virgin internet have not been able to access online banking without using mobile data or a VPN. All I see is "3rd party" "not our problem" "pushing for a resolution". You're a major bank, get on with it.

    @Liam__McNulty Hi Liam, I'm sorry you haven't been able to log in. I can assure you that all of our online services are working as normal. We're aware of issues affecting KCOM's customers accessing certain sites & we understand that investigations between KCOM & their provider are ongoing.1/2

    @CooperativeBank My problem was that the KCOM DNS was unable to locate the Co-operative bank. I have switched to using VPN and that has sorted the problem.

    @pvbsc1 We're aware of an issue with a third party who manages the internet traffic routing for some UK internet and mobile providers. It's affecting several, for example, BT, SKY, KCOM and EE. I want to assure you we're working with the third party to resolve as quickly as possible. 1/2
