David Hoggard (@davidhoggard64) reportedSo it would appear Iโm not the only one with internet connectivity issues in Hull #kcom #internet #hull
-
Chris Davis (@CornHoleDavis) reportedThe @The1904Club is a good listen but @bbcburnsy can you get Kcom to come down and sort your internet out? You're massively delayed and your voice keeps dropping out.
-
Dave Evans (@davy_lad) reported@leemelonopie @KCOMhome It's not our equipment, it is kcom not supplying the service we are paying for
-
hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@steviee_p @PollardRach But whether itโs the only provider or not, if the service is ****, itโs ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

StoryGlory81 (@triggersbroom17) reported@bragginghull Is it time to get a sports psychologist in to address our dreadful home form (although Iโve never felt like the Kcom/MKM has ever felt like home). Last season I can take, but this season seems to be a burning issue.
-
Steve Parker (@steviee_p) reported@indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

Jake James #FBPE #RejoinEU #FBPA (@MFIJake) reported@andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

Lord of Sugar ๐๐ช (@lordsugar01) reported@cb_doge This is massive for Starlink and the UKโs rural communities. Ofcom officially recognising it as a legitimate broadband solution under the 10 Mbps USO rules changes the game. No more forcing people in hard-to-reach areas to wait endlessly for BT or KCOM when Starlink is already delivering reliable connectivity. Fewer premises now qualify for subsidised connections because Starlink is stepping us, thatโs real progress. Innovation actually solving problems instead of endless bureaucracy. Well done to the team pushing this forward. Who else sees Starlink transforming connectivity in underserved regions like this? ๐ฌ๐ง๐๐๐ช

Tesla Owners Silicon Valley (@teslaownersSV) reportedBREAKING: Starlink has received another major regulatory win in the UK. ๐ฌ๐ง The UK's communications regulator, Ofcom, has confirmed that Starlink qualifies as a viable broadband alternative under the country's 10 Mbps Broadband USO rules. โข Confirmation provided directly to ISPreview โข Properties with affordable Starlink access may no longer be eligible for a USO connection from BT or KCOM โข Some USO requests have already been declined because Starlink service was available โข Ofcom previously said lower-cost Starlink plans reduced the number of underserved premises to around 4,000 The decision further reinforces Starlink's role as a trusted broadband option for rural and hard-to-reach communities.
