  @KCOM as large areas of Hull are without internet, at what point do consider your customers? Give us an update and likely timeframe. There are businesses and customers working from home. Don't treat us like crap cos we will walk.

  @KCOMcare im leaving KCOM Can't message you. "unable to send" and customer service sucks. Speeds are awful and I pay for 400mb down. Lucky to get 200. I'm out of contract and wont be renewing

  @andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

  @KirstieMAllsopp We had this issue in Hull for a long time as historically we had Hull Telephones that eventually became KCOM. It's only in the last few years when the Government changed the law and we got hundreds of telephone poles from different companies that things have changed!

  @indianasc0nes @PollardRach There's no other line based provider in the area for people to review, that's the issue and a lot of people tend only to leave reviews when disgruntled. If any other provider was enter the area it wouldn't make a difference as they would rent Kcom lines though M3 are laying cable

  Felix is this your exit strategy? When Kas community is down and KCom devs are grinding in bunkers to keep the Kas community going? To drag a prominent Kas leader and a top ranking nft project?   KCOM Complaint. I see Im not on my own with my issues with KCOM. Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Search the new providers in Hull! #checkyourKCbill @KCOMcare @KCOMhome @WhichUK

  @kappacino @sen_j59 It is. Although we're starting to see other companies start to creep in. Only trouble is the competition is digging up half of Hull in order to install their own infrastructure as KCOM wont share theirs.
