    @steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

    @pdaantizio @halfironmum We're all EE in this house and the WiFi is KCOM. I don't know if it was Internet based or network based.

    Launch has been postponed until further notice. We'll keep everyone informed and updated when the KCOM dev team remediate this issue. Do not buy KBROS until further notice. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

    @KCOMhome Hope we are getting a refund for the outage I pay nearly 70 pound a month and had no internet for 8 hours so far not good enough @kcom

    @KCOMhome @jobrady68 Another day gone by and still slow speeds but no answer from Kcom 😴 will have to start the refund route and looking for an alternative provider #poorsupport #faceless

    @MrCowper I don’t know what kind of deal you have with @KCOMhome but it is about how much you loose man. I lost more money than I pay for monthly service. Do you think Kcom will compansate? Not in a million years.

    @KCOM as large areas of Hull are without internet, at what point do consider your customers? Give us an update and likely timeframe. There are businesses and customers working from home. Don't treat us like crap cos we will walk.
