    @peter_levy Hi Peter, we have had no Internet service all day in HU14. 40 mins with KCOM tech help desk and still no resolution. Help please !

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.

    KCOM Complaint. I see Im not on my own with my issues with KCOM. Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Search the new providers in Hull! #checkyourKCbill @KCOMcare @KCOMhome @WhichUK

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up
