    @PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

    @KCOMcare im leaving KCOM Can't message you. "unable to send" and customer service sucks. Speeds are awful and I pay for 400mb down. Lucky to get 200. I'm out of contract and wont be renewing

    Do not renew your contract if you use @KCOM. The contract will continue anyway, but if you renew and then terminate the contract, you will be subject to draconian termination fees.

    @pdaantizio @halfironmum We're all EE in this house and the WiFi is KCOM. I don't know if it was Internet based or network based.

    Hmm @KCOMhome you seem to have members of staff coming down my street telling lies. I’ve just had an argument with someone telling me I haven’t got fibre, but I definitely know I have. It may not be KCOM fibre, but it is Openreach fibre. This feels very misleading to customers
