Kev (@kevbez1969) reported@leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.

Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Chris Green (@Chris_P_Green) reported@angus_young61 Take a walk down Cranbrook Avenue towards Greenwood Avenue you have KCOM poles with interconnecting wires one side with Connexion Poles on the other, it's unbelievable and totally unappealing and once their wires go up Cranbrook Avenue will look ridiculous. @DianaJohnsonMP
