I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

Andy (@andyrobertshull) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@KirstieMAllsopp We had this issue in Hull for a long time as historically we had Hull Telephones that eventually became KCOM. It's only in the last few years when the Government changed the law and we got hundreds of telephone poles from different companies that things have changed!

Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.
