@MartinSLewis When local businesses are going bust, why are you intent on harming them. I live in Hull and I'm perfectly happy with kcom. We have one of the fastest Internet speeds in the country. Customer service is excellent.

@KCOMcare can someone help me please? You keep sending bills to my uncles house when KCOM was notified that he had been found dead 17th March shortly after, my sister was then advised the account had been closed down and the nominal amount had been removed from the account?

@Steve09425095 @KCOMhome @Roisindubh7 If you're getting to the slow speed on steam, PSN, Xbox etc then that's been requested OF kcom to try and limit the ridiculous server traffic atm. If you mean generally, are you on fibre or broadband? As my fibre connection, outside of gaming, is absolutely fine.

@guardian We sort of got taken over by Virgin as originally Blueyonder, then Telewest. Therefore we never had an actual contract - when we moved to E Yorks we left Virgin with no penalty. We now have to be with KCOM. Sole supplier round here. Seem good so far!

@AndyMedcalf @F1Gollum Not for a long time, and to be honest I can’t even remember the outcome now. Surely though as we’re using KCOM equipment throughout, and speeds are dreadful even sat next to the router, they should at least be able to suggest a solution
