@emma__j__w @ms3comms Sounds terrible, when I look out of my window I see a car they completely blocked so the person can’t get to work or anything if they need to! It feels like a campaign to get more customers to kcom if anything.. they are leaving tools in everyone’s gardens here too.. horrible

  • TMCHull The Marvell College (@TMCHull) reported

Unfortunately the school telephone lines are currently down, we have KCOM engineers fixing the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Taj_Ali1 Taj Ali (@Taj_Ali1) reported

Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs, priced at £10-£20 per month.

  • KCOMcare KCOM Care (@KCOMcare) reported

@nicknottz @KCOMhome Hi KCOM does not prevent any other ISP from providing service in the city as we are not legally allowed to do so Thanks Sean

  • CSharp4EverMore csharpforevermore (@CSharp4EverMore) reported

KCOM Hull really don't learn. Thank goodness for third parties logging issues and making them known. I have been stressing out trying to work from home but not a peep from @KCOMhome @KCOMcare. They let people call their phone lines and wait rather than tweet about issues. >:(

@paullewismoney I had shares in KCOM and my cheque for £36 dividend went missing on the post. They wanted £25 to issue a replacement. I lost thousands on the shares too

  • Downdogz Downdogz (@Downdogz) reported

@KCOMhome If you live in the kcom area, cancel your contract, buy a 4g router from Amazon and get yourself an unlimited data sim. Save yourself about £35 a month, whilst simultaneously bankrupting these monopolist rip off merchants. Happy days!

  • HullLecturer Mary-Ellen #UCU (@HullLecturer) reported

@kcom your website isn't working and nor is my internet at home. Today is the 3rd day that the internet has conked out at home in the afternoon. Neighbour yesterday said it was an issue with a local node. I did report it, but not sure whether engineers know.

  • Ryw434 Ryan Westerdale (@Ryw434) reported

@DoctorBenjy @bt_uk Could be worse, you could live here in Hull where Kcom have a monopoly, along with terrible customer service and sky high prices. You'd also live in Hull which is bad enough as is
