    All I want to do is settle down with a nice movie on Netflix but I’m still waiting to see if I’ll be allowed the internet in my new place because KCOM charges £60 per month and my Appointee might say that it’s a bit too expensive to pay

    @Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

    @PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

    @TheRealJamieKay Those phone boxes have been there for literal YEARS. We're talking pre-pandemic. Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

    @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to there website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time 🤔

    Felix is this your exit strategy? When Kas community is down and KCom devs are grinding in bunkers to keep the Kas community going? To drag a prominent Kas leader and a top ranking nft project?     Love it when everything in the house runs through the wifi and then KCom goes down. At this rate we might as well have signed up to get the money for using less electricity because the only thing working is the sodding lamps.
