I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

JillHB (@jill_hb) reported@KCOMhome @houdsmum Hi Alyson, I’ve had exactly the same issue today. KCOM advised there’s an issue with the letter not including details of phone bolt-on package. Hope this helps.
