disgusting service from @KCOMhome @KCOMcare our village has no access to wifi/internet and KCOM won’t send an engineer out until Monday 15th. if you have to work from home, you’re ultimately lose money, great given the current economical climate. worst provider going!!!

@KCOMhome Hi,rang Monday to report that the fiber cable to the property had been cut, said a engineer would come to fix it today, but Kcom send a installer instead of a underground cable engineer, so how long do I have to wait now?

@andy_mansell72 @Carlwilks2011 Why don’t you look at the crowds both rugby teams were getting last time they were in the 2nd divisions of their sport and compare that with City this season? The BIGGEST DERBY IN THE WORLD had never once sold out at the KCOM / MKM in the top division of its sport. FACT.

  • Tigercroup Paul (@Tigercroup) reported

@HullCity Don’t stress people, sending 160 emails down a KCOM line could take 3 hours. Hold tight. 😬😬

  • Dying_Snail Darren (@Dying_Snail) reported

@KCOMcare day 8 without home Internet this time, it been a total of 14 days without home Internet from the last 28 days and I'm down as vulnerable customer on Kcom's system, but I see you still took the full £54.99.
