    @leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.

    KCOM Complaint. I see Im not on my own with my issues with KCOM. Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Search the new providers in Hull! #checkyourKCbill @KCOMcare @KCOMhome @WhichUK

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, we have had no Internet service all day in HU14. 40 mins with KCOM tech help desk and still no resolution. Help please !

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up

    Don’t realise how much doesn’t work these days when internet goes down Ring doorbell Sky Q Streaming Alexa Lights and Plugs Heating Not ideal when #Disabled and rely on it …. Been over 4 hours #Kcom

    @ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Yet more ignorance from Reform activists. Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes. It's always had its own independent telephone company, now KCom. And its phone boxes are cream. BT has never operated in Hull.
