Yes I significantly disagreed with much of the programme - kids in a sweet shop - but some good was done. Kane Fulton (@KaneFulton) reported@stuartjpage @WeAreOpenreach @NOW I was very patient with the advisor who was friendly, so I agreed to try a new microfilter first. I was less impressed with her 'If it's not the microfilter then I dunno what the problem is' line! Kcom customers don't know how good they have it.

Lee Brown (@lablife46) reported@kcom another poor night’s connectivity… probably not helped by the fact the connection box on the telegraph post is taped up because the casing is damaged. Again an expensive and shocking service. People in Hull deserve much better!
