-
Mihu Nowak (@Mihu_Nowak) reported@KCOMcare Disgusted with poor kcom broadband at HU7 since Wednesday. Paying £55.99 for full fibre 400 and have just 5-25Mbps it’s feels like KCOM gave me middle finger... fat rats
-
Peter Brady (@peternb70) reported@KCOMhome @jobrady68 Another day gone by and still slow speeds but no answer from Kcom 😴 will have to start the refund route and looking for an alternative provider #poorsupport #faceless
-
Richard Bradbury (@RichardMarkBrad) reportedDo not renew your contract if you use @KCOM. The contract will continue anyway, but if you renew and then terminate the contract, you will be subject to draconian termination fees.
-
Paula Burnby (@BurnbyPaula) reported@jobrady68 @KCOMhome Appalling service from Kcom
-
Jeanflambé 🇪🇺 (@jongibbins) reportedEvidently KCOM are having issues today. Therefore all internet access is down. Home and also businesses. I can't even buy milk from the Co-op as they are also affected. Maybe having a monopoly over such a large area isn't such a good idea after all ...
-
Luke Bedford (@lukebed79) reported@ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper
-
Richard (@Droid_1989) reportedThat KCOM issue in Hull last night is the exact reason why KCOM's monopoly over there is a really bad idea.
-
MrHuggy (@mrhuggy) reported@KCLightstream @KCOMhome Is there any issues with the network as the internet connection is down for me here in Bilton.
-
VixieP #nhsblueheart💙🇺🇦 (@vixielou1972) reported@bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄
-
AJ (@alanjury) reported@KCOMhome I just had someone claiming to be from KCOM at my door trying to convince me to take your service by lying about the Openreach alternative not being full fibre. Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.
