Will Snell (@WillSnell1) reported@TalkTalk But you can stop the charges to people with fixed contracts, if you need to charge more than new contracts should be higher and new customer’s shouldn’t be getting any discounts for joining. I am totally ashamed of your company now, I might as well go with kcom full fibre now,

There were a few towns up and down the country who opted to run their own systems. All but Hull ended up joining the national network. Even today, there are no BT lines in Hull. It’s all KCOM
