Traceymac1964 (@tramac1964) reported@kappacino @sen_j59 It is. Although we're starting to see other companies start to creep in. Only trouble is the competition is digging up half of Hull in order to install their own infrastructure as KCOM wont share theirs.

Tosh&Piffle (@t__and__p) reported@thomasforth Hull's network was owned by the council. Due to an accident of history, it retained its local monopoly long after BT had to let others onto its network. As Oftel (sic) homed in, KCOM invested heavily in broadband technologies, to fend off BT and compete outside its area.
