Alan Hemingway (@alanacct) reported@INDEPENDENT_MG @littlearfer You would have thought they could have come to some agreement to share the underground space. KCOM seem very bad at not facilitating help to other suppliers
-
KCOM (@KCOMhome) reportedPart 1/2 A KCOM spokesperson said: “We have identified the technical issue affecting our network and our engineers are working hard to fix it. Thanks to the resilience built into our network the issue was picked up within minutes and most people’s services should have been

Bean. 🍇 (@HLJOHNO) reported@TheRealJamieKay Those phone boxes have been there for literal YEARS. We're talking pre-pandemic. Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported@Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. Peter Brady (@peternb70) reported@KCOMhome @jobrady68 Another day gone by and still slow speeds but no answer from Kcom 😴 will have to start the refund route and looking for an alternative provider #poorsupport #faceless

Albert (@albertj485) reported@ZenInternetHelp Hi - I've recently moved into a temporary rental and it would be great to order your service, unfortunately for my next move I may be moving into the KCOM monopoly. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?

Les (@MartinTwigs68) reportedKcom broadband has gone down, I ring up and it tells me I'm 172 inline and should use their web page. How f**king ironic
-
Paul Reavley (@reavo81) reported@craigo_28 @Connexin In fairness… I think even KCOM would be down if a car full of drunken criminals had ploughed through their exchange box…
