    Hey @kcomhome and @kcom, just to let you know that any hours I lose from being unable to work from home I'll be invoicing you direct for it to be reimbursed. You charge some of the highest rates in the country for your broadband and its piss poor along with your customer service

    @ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper

    @JonKirby1974 @KCOMhome @Kcom Please don't blame the customer service/ tech support people you speak to because i used to work for kcom and in a situation like this we aren't told anything either it's not there fault they can't help you

    @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

    @jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.
