    @ZenInternetHelp Hi - I've recently moved into a temporary rental and it would be great to order your service, unfortunately for my next move I may be moving into the KCOM monopoly. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?

    @ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper

    @danjsansam @ThreeUK KCOM isn’t down they are just fitting new poles across all of hull to prevent widespread outages, they warned you of this 17 hours ago as it will last between 1-5am

    @steviee_p @PollardRach Had BT in my flat for 2 years never had an issue. Currently got Sky at my partners house and it’s **** compared to BT but infinitely better than Kcom. Never heard a good thing about Kcom from anyone I’ve spoke to. Service is **** and they take weeks to repair issues

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

    @KCOMcare im leaving KCOM Can't message you. "unable to send" and customer service sucks. Speeds are awful and I pay for 400mb down. Lucky to get 200. I'm out of contract and wont be renewing

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up

    @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM
