@CooperativeBank So your issue must be affecting KCOM in Hull ?

  • CooperativeBank The Co-operative Bank UK (@CooperativeBank) reported

@KeithHornsby Hi Keith, I'm sorry for the trouble you've had accessing the app using your wifi. Some customers have experienced the same issue who hold their broadband with Kcom so it does look like an issue their end. However, our IT team have also been made aware. - Chris

@Damo17hullfc Shocker you chose Kcom it’s not a bad stadium but it’s not the best. And Donny wow not at all.

  • railton42 CHRIS RAILTON (@railton42) reported

@bbcburnsy morning David, on behalf of many residents on Victoria Dock, would it be possible for your team to contact Kcom, and ask the “men in suits” why we still haven’t got a Landline, been down since Boxing Day! Absolutely vital for some! Ta!

  • Ofcom Ofcom (@Ofcom) reported

@domhall @gwobek @domhall Hi Dominic, regarding landline provision, BT and KCOM are the only providers in the UK that are required to provide a service upon request. They should advise if this can be provided.

  • KaneFulton Kane Fulton (@KaneFulton) reported

@stuartjpage @WeAreOpenreach @NOW I was very patient with the advisor who was friendly, so I agreed to try a new microfilter first. I was less impressed with her 'If it's not the microfilter then I dunno what the problem is' line! Kcom customers don't know how good they have it.

  • bipolarminddrop Kai Green (@bipolarminddrop) reported

@KCOMhome currently getting 10mbps download speeds and ping of 40ms+ ping to any server, including the KCOM servers that usually have 1ms ping. Have full upload speed, however. Is there an issue on your end?

  • JBennett360 James Bennett (@JBennett360) reported

KCOM fibre has generally been a good product. However, this service you provide now is not the service we once had. Prices have gone up and service quality has gone down.
