@KCOMhome @KCOMcare terrible service today in HU8. Is there any known issues? Unable to use Wi-Fi connected to any TVs in the house, also hardwired PS5 isn’t finding a network connection. However, Wi-Fi to iPhone is working!?! Any ideas please? #Internet #KCOM #Hull

  • katieeralphh Katie 💕 (@katieeralphh) reported

KCOM is STILL NOT WORKING in the HU5 area which is absolutely ridiculous. It’s been days and we’ve been told it could be weeks before it’s fixed. Are we still being expected to pay our full bill after not receiving the service @KCOMhome ?

  • waynetatton Wayne Tatton (@waynetatton) reported

@SWGfL_Official I'm having real trouble accessing SWGFL and Project Evolve - my web browser keeps timing out. All other websites are fine. Please can I check that all is well at your end as my internet provider (KCOM) are saying it's an issue with the website. Thanks

  • Dying_Snail Darren (@Dying_Snail) reported

@KCOMcare day 8 without home Internet this time, it been a total of 14 days without home Internet from the last 28 days and I'm down as vulnerable customer on Kcom's system, but I see you still took the full £54.99.

@kcom @seanroyce1 over 30 mins on hold yesterday to try and change my BB package. No answer, even though I was 4th in the queue. Why aren’t you offering your existing customer the same packages open to new customers in these very challenging times? Show the country that you care!

  • DanHKRHCAFC D (@DanHKRHCAFC) reported

@davidwheldrake @hullkrofficial Yeah coz the kcom is a **** hull unless city are playing there

  • aleoli2007 Keith and Away (@aleoli2007) reported

@MartinSLewis Can't receive Social tariff broadband with KCOM as already a customer. However can receive it on lowest speed of 30 currently on 300. New customers can get any speed. KCOM is a monopoly

  • the_skeptic None of the above (@the_skeptic) reported

@dantomlinson92 Another season down the drain. I thought Hodgson would be given next season after signings being announced. It’s like Groundhog Day at the KCOM. New coach needs to be ruthless. Players have cost 2 decent blokes their jobs.
