@KCOMcare 8 weeks I was promised an engineer would be coming to see the location problem my router,my hub and telephone line that KCOM placed under the 3x4 stairs cupboard “WHY? resulting in a poor signal and difficulty to get to the phone. £50 monthly!

@Plusnet Would like to take up your offer to renew my contract with Plusnet. Unfortunately, before the 18 month contract ends I will have moved to the KCom area in Hull who do not support Plusnet. Will I have to pay a fee for having to terminate my contract early?

@KCOMhome are awful, DO NOT USE. My daughter left Hull 2 move london 4 a job, they refuse to canx her contract & she's paying it still. They said its her own fault 4 leaving b4 contract end date. She's in a shared house now with BT, but KCOM refuse to canx & making her pay it.

@EE Hi David. She has moved to an area on the east coast which isn't an area you provide great speeds for - KCom seem to have a monopoly over there. Upon realising her speeds were dreadful, she contacted you and got told she had to complete her contract regardless of the poor speeds.

@DianaJohnsonMP Another example of @KCOMcare monopoly at work, and we wonder why other Internet Service providers won't come to Hull. KCOM could and should allow other providers to use their network but money speaks volumes and they don't....

@Bridget29841898 @peter_levy If all KCOM wanted was payment then why are there no other companies in hull? there is clearly another problem, or everyone would share with kcom already like they do with BT outside of hull

@Mickey___J I dunno mate, we've just had signs put up to say the poles are going up down the street. The KCOM lightstream service here is good to ne fair
