    @leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.

    @ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Apart from Hull never had red boxes, they were usually cream, KCOM was never part of the GPO or BT

    A KCOM spokesperson, said: โ€œWe are aware of a network issue that is affecting customers in parts of Hull and Beverley. Our engineers are working work hard to fix the issue and we will give further updates when we have more information.

    @ZenInternetHelp Hi - I've recently moved into a temporary rental and it would be great to order your service, unfortunately for my next move I may be moving into the KCOM monopoly. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?

    @Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.
