disgusting service from @KCOMhome @KCOMcare our village has no access to wifi/internet and KCOM won’t send an engineer out until Monday 15th. if you have to work from home, you’re ultimately lose money, great given the current economical climate. worst provider going!!!

  • StarrySeaWitch Starry ⭐✨🌟 (@StarrySeaWitch) reported

@charmcitylwy Brown wants to go after wage theft. KCOM has some kind of dog whistle ads and thinks more people should be in the criminal justice system because that's how they get access to services. They are both terrible but I think Brown is slightly less terrible.

The people of Hull "kcom Internet is crap, we need a better alternative, nay, we DESERVE a better alternative!!!" Also the people of Hull "oy rival Internet company, don't you dare put that blasted pole down our street, be off with you forthwith" (or words to that effect) #NIMBY

@RLDToo @derek1910 Never had to "Market" a derby game at the KCOM before. Ticket sales must be really poor for Adam to resort to this from both sets of fans.

@UswitchUK I wasn't getting the broadband (KCom) speeds I was expecting, I rang and they sorted whilst I was on the phone, it was a firmware update that had affected my router, it just needed resetting which they talked me through, and I got the 500mbps I was expecting, excellent service.

@1904Irrelevants You may have to ring kcom tomorrow for your username and password. Have you tried accessing the router homepage? If you turn your new router upside down you will see something like 192.168.x.x and login in details. You may find your username and password pre installed.
