@KCOMhome If you live in the kcom area, cancel your contract, buy a 4g router from Amazon and get yourself an unlimited data sim. Save yourself about £35 a month, whilst simultaneously bankrupting these monopolist rip off merchants. Happy days!

  • Stef_Walton Stef Walton (@Stef_Walton) reported

This has been going on for at least a year on/off after I lost the will to live with the issue. Someone there somewhere must be able to sort their system out for something so bloody simple. This @kcom email address has been in use for 26 years. Craziness

@Ginge Get yourself down to the KCOM where proper footballs played💯

so today I learned that ORV is getting short stories after the reserialization of World After the Fall I want to see the post epilogue REAL BAD but I think realistically, the short stories will probably be character vignettes of KCom during the events of ORV

@dylanbeattie @pete_codes Hull, UK. KCOM @KCOMhome have the monopoly here and there are no BT/Openreach lines, so residents only have the option of paying extortionate prices with KCOM or use a 4G/5G solution.

  • WMBigLocal WM Big Local (@WMBigLocal) reported

Thread: Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material, but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs to those on Universal Credit.

@KCOMhome Internet gone down at home. Tried to reboot, no joy. Contacted Kcom. Will not speak with me as I used my husband name when we installed Kcom. He's out all day - I want to report a fault ! #terrible service

@scattysmum @Tory_Glory I have KCom fibre (its a Hull thing) full fibre to the house, guaranteed 500mbps with the option of 900mbps, never gone down in 4 years..

KCOM internet going down at the stroke of midnight like a bad modern rendition of A Christmas Carol…

@DEANCARR2010 @lynnsey4 @KCOMhome So basically you are getting a lot of wireless interference in your house. That is nothing to do with KCOM. They provide the service to your house but can't control what happens inside. It's your internal network that's at fault. Invest in a WiFi mesh set up or ethernet adapters
