    Can KCOM please explain why I was told there was an issue with my router and then when I changed it there was still no internet? Sounds like a you problem.

    @KCOMcare Hi - I’ve spoken to KCom - there’s an issue with service due to traffic volume - been advised it should be sorted by 10:15

    @Uzzell01 @TigerDor @DiddyCD Its not as bad as Fish/Dolan. Nothing could be as bad as that. No coffins being carried to the KCOM with RIP city on them yet

    Been trying to download a 6.5GB file since 8:30 this morning. The connection to the internet has dropped out about 9 or 10 times. KCom service has been very erratic and shite for several weeks now and it’s actively ******* up my work.

    @dazzahatty @KCOMhome @CrowleLights It's down for many of us. It's not your issue, it's theirs somewhere in the network. Just started having problems 15mins ago and now no internet at all. A site showing reports of problems shows a spike for Kcom in the last half hour.

    @EmmaHardyMP Currently working from home in the KCom area. Paying more for that than the people I work with not in the KCom area. Maintaining monopoly provision is regressive as people on lower salaries pay a higher % of pay for connectivity. Support reforming business rates.

    @HullCityLive Ehab now uses Whisper after KCom turned their back on him. Similar with the takeover, he's sending facsimiles to Turkey - just bad pictures of money with smiling fans behind it.
