@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

@JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.

@KCOMcare im leaving KCOM Can't message you. "unable to send" and customer service sucks. Speeds are awful and I pay for 400mb down. Lucky to get 200. I'm out of contract and wont be renewing

@KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM
