    @KCOMhome @houdsmum Hi Alyson, Iโ€™ve had exactly the same issue today. KCOM advised thereโ€™s an issue with the letter not including details of phone bolt-on package. Hope this helps.

    it's easy to slate german Internet infrastructure because it is diabolical, but crawling over glass would be less painful than getting KCOM to actually help need to hear back from the engineering team to see when they can do this 5 minute job (bcs they just cba today i guess??)

    @INDEPENDENT_MG @littlearfer You would have thought they could have come to some agreement to share the underground space. KCOM seem very bad at not facilitating help to other suppliers
