Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?

Goodmeister (@goodmeister) reported@AvonandsomerRob I'm in Hull and we have Kcom which isn't available anywhere else. (We have white phone boxes, not red). I pay for 600mps and it's way faster than anywhere else I've been. They offer up to 900 here as well. New customer offer is £35pm here as well.

Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

Wall box hanging off wall , cable loose and untidy, entry point hole for cable about 5 times bigger than the cable. Inspection on 14 April to report the install needs starting again. No further communication. Garbage.
