@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @MrsMags_C @CooperativeBank This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.

@pvbsc1 We're aware of an issue with a third party who manages the internet traffic routing for some UK internet and mobile providers. It's affecting several, for example, BT, SKY, KCOM and EE. I want to assure you we're working with the third party to resolve as quickly as possible. 1/2

@KCOMcare I am having the same issue. Can’t get onto @CooperativeBank website using KCom wifi. I used to be able to so something seems to have happened in the last few days….

@CooperativeBank My problem was that the KCOM DNS was unable to locate the Co-operative bank. I have switched to using VPN and that has sorted the problem.

@eddie3beaumont Hi Eddie, I'm sorry you haven't been able to log in. I can assure you that all of our online services are working as normal. We're aware of issues affecting KCOM's customers accessing certain sites & we understand that investigations between KCOM & their provider are ongoing. 1/2

@CooperativeBank hi I live in Hull and there seems to be a problem at the moment with being able to connect to Internet banking via KCom which is our only available service provider here. I know several friends are having the same issue. I've contacted KCom are you able to help.
