Telephone Kcom Friday 21st October as we had total fibre broadband failure a I sent an email of complaint Saturday acknowledged, Ticket [56087] NO REPLY, NO TELEPHONE CAll week later no broadband.SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
