@KCOMhome are awful, DO NOT USE. My daughter left Hull 2 move london 4 a job, they refuse to canx her contract & she's paying it still. They said its her own fault 4 leaving b4 contract end date. She's in a shared house now with BT, but KCOM refuse to canx & making her pay it.

@DianaJohnsonMP Another example of @KCOMcare monopoly at work, and we wonder why other Internet Service providers won't come to Hull. KCOM could and should allow other providers to use their network but money speaks volumes and they don't....

@KCOMcare 8 weeks I was promised an engineer would be coming to see the location problem my router,my hub and telephone line that KCOM placed under the 3x4 stairs cupboard “WHY? resulting in a poor signal and difficulty to get to the phone. £50 monthly!

@falamgir @KCOMhome I have just revisited this article and Kcom have actually used poles because the UG cable was armoured, so the poles are the first and only way to provide the fibre service to the residents at this time. Connexin have the right to use Kcoms ducts, that's the difference.

@peter_levy Connexion, the council, Ofgem and SDG Group don't care I've contacted all of them and they don't want to know. Nothing on consultations with residents and flying under the telecoms act. Kcom are as bad for not allowing reasonable access. Best of luck sticking them up in our area
