    @ZenInternetHelp Hi - I've recently moved into a temporary rental and it would be great to order your service, unfortunately for my next move I may be moving into the KCOM monopoly. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?

    @Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

    @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to there website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time πŸ€”
