@mrslee1970 @KCOMhome I’m with pure broadband , but all the fibre cabling is KCOM! How often do you reset your router? I’d also check if you have to log into any authentication / remote desk top , it could be that , that is the issue being slow etc

  • yadlen_ elongated muskrat (@yadlen_) reported

Can KCOM please explain why I was told there was an issue with my router and then when I changed it there was still no internet? Sounds like a you problem.

  • Ofcom Ofcom (@Ofcom) reported

@domhall @gwobek @domhall Hi Dominic, regarding landline provision, BT and KCOM are the only providers in the UK that are required to provide a service upon request. They should advise if this can be provided.

  • markcoops23 mark (@markcoops23) reported

@KCOMhome To be fair to kcom I can’t complain for their service and customer service but I would@like existing long time customers to be offered deals like this every now and again. Show to Christmas love to your original customers

  • bipolarminddrop Kai Green (@bipolarminddrop) reported

@KCOMhome currently getting 10mbps download speeds and ping of 40ms+ ping to any server, including the KCOM servers that usually have 1ms ping. Have full upload speed, however. Is there an issue on your end?

  • davelee1968 Dave Lee (@davelee1968) reported

@JoeWestHull I care about KCom fixing it. The issue is with them.

  • Ally_Moments Ally (@Ally_Moments) reported

@KCOMcare I downloaded the Kcom app today and it won't go past the login screen. A company whose sole purpose is communication and you can't make your app work?

  • ytevo79 Psygnosevo (@ytevo79) reported

@FrEaK_HullFC Just had Kcom dig our path up and put little Kcom boxes outside every house, very weird to see lol. But was debating going with them but my problem isn't ISP related but the latest Disney update on certain TVs

  • davelee1968 Dave Lee (@davelee1968) reported

Been trying to download a 6.5GB file since 8:30 this morning. The connection to the internet has dropped out about 9 or 10 times. KCom service has been very erratic and shite for several weeks now and it’s actively ******* up my work.

  • Hendothermic_ James (@Hendothermic_) reported

@Caddicarus Meanwhile my internet is the most unreliable **** I've ever had to pay for. If anyone from KCOM is reading this, **** you, give me the 400mbps download I'm paying for, not ******* 80 if anything at all.
