-
Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive They didn't do it because Kcom or KC as it was at the time priced it so high for rental that it wouldnt have been a viable option to come to hull. Why would you charge a customer £30 a month when as a ratio its costing £50 a month to supply that customer? Its not viable.

Stef Walton (@Stef_Walton) reportedThis has been going on for at least a year on/off after I lost the will to live with the issue. Someone there somewhere must be able to sort their system out for something so bloody simple. This @kcom email address has been in use for 26 years. Craziness

Chris Green (@Chris_P_Green) reported@DianaJohnsonMP Another example of @KCOMcare monopoly at work, and we wonder why other Internet Service providers won't come to Hull. KCOM could and should allow other providers to use their network but money speaks volumes and they don't....
-
craig w pullman (@craigpullman) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@emerald1910 Kcom fined me £120 for missing an appointment I never had in January (theft as far as I'm concerned!) and they've only just (last week) credited my account but not returned it! Taking liberty's is an understatement! 🙄
-
stormyuk (@stormy_uk) reported@paulnickersonuk @KCOMhome Good speed and service, terrible pricing is how I have a love hate relationship with KCOM.
-
Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive Everybody uses the open reach network and is doing fine, so why cant kcom dhare the use of the lines they have? Because it would open up real competition, not these WISPS. Real competition that would drive down prices. Hell, it would also gice us another option to sky!
