My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

This wasn’t an easy call but it’s the right one for the health of Kasper and the community. You charge some of the highest rates in the country for your broadband and its piss poor along with your customer service

Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.
