  Hmm @KCOMhome you seem to have members of staff coming down my street telling lies. I’ve just had an argument with someone telling me I haven’t got fibre, but I definitely know I have. It may not be KCOM fibre, but it is Openreach fibre. This feels very misleading to customers

  @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

  it's easy to slate german Internet infrastructure because it is diabolical, but crawling over glass would be less painful than getting KCOM to actually help need to hear back from the engineering team to see when they can do this 5 minute job (bcs they just cba today i guess??)

  @angus_young61 Take a walk down Cranbrook Avenue towards Greenwood Avenue you have KCOM poles with interconnecting wires one side with Connexion Poles on the other, it's unbelievable and totally unappealing and once their wires go up Cranbrook Avenue will look ridiculous. @DianaJohnsonMP

  @pdaantizio @halfironmum We're all EE in this house and the WiFi is KCOM. I don't know if it was Internet based or network based.

  @jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.

  @HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!
