Guess KCOM is having a mass issue, looks like whole of Hull offline! @KCOMcare @KCOMhome

@KCOMhome Why is my KCOM package going up £3 per month to £44.99, i cannot afford this ? If you live in Barton the same package is £10 cheaper. Why are you ripping off existing customer ?

  • OllieOllie87 Ollie 🎗 (@OllieOllie87) reported

@bbcburnsy Not in the slightest. KCOM is a fair bit more expensive than other ISP’s but having used those, the service and speeds provided by KCOM are far superior. Sky, BT, Virgin Media all included. We might not have any option but the option we have is IMO the best.

    Has Kcom internet gone down?

  • davethetekkie Dave Allanach (@davethetekkie) reported

The VDSL line at the new house is running at a staggeringly poor 6.9Mb/s down… my 4G connection is showing 2/4 bars and I’m getting 4Mb/s on my phone. That KCOM FTTP connection point outside is looking more attractive by the second.

I can’t seem to get a response from KCom just a generic response of a page showing the areas they have covered. Can you help people like us get some movement on fast fibre broadband please Burnsy. We don’t want to be left behind: thank you in advance.

My internet cut out halfway through but I managed to catch most of it (thnx KCOM), I am soooo excited for this update, it's adding so many things that I've been missing I'm just 🥰🥰🥰🥰

@AndIsaidNoNoNo @HCAFCTigerlink All of the above, plus meeting Sir Bobby Robson at half time at Fer Ark, when Jan Molby was the gaffer (I was a guest of the sponsor KCom). Losing to Luton and Sir Bobby asked me what I thought the problem was..... 😳

  • Phil48James Phil Taylor. nearly a pensioner. (@Phil48James) reported

@andytlee_2 @HullHour @KCOMhome I have been with 3 for years and never had any issues, And oops I may have meant 30 a month. My son has had no issues with the home broadband, 3 are concentrating on rolling it out in Hull because of the monopoly KCOM have.
