Goodmeister (@goodmeister) reported@AvonandsomerRob I'm in Hull and we have Kcom which isn't available anywhere else. (We have white phone boxes, not red). I pay for 600mps and it's way faster than anywhere else I've been. They offer up to 900 here as well. New customer offer is £35pm here as well.

Steve Parker (@steviee_p) reported@indianasc0nes @PollardRach There's no other line based provider in the area for people to review, that's the issue and a lot of people tend only to leave reviews when disgruntled. If any other provider was enter the area it wouldn't make a difference as they would rent Kcom lines though M3 are laying cable

Chris Shaw (@s14awy) reported@KCOMhome I have to say the service and response times from KCOM are well below standard and what should be expected. Every day this week my Internet is for 5 to 6 hours. Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?

ItsJustJosh (@Craucoes) reported@JellyTotPixel @HullMichelle75 @JanPurling From my experience working with the engineering team across KCOM yes it can take upto two weeks they aren’t in no hurry the HU8 outage at the end of last year took that long but most only take 2-3 days
