  @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to there website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time 🤔

  @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Rubbish service in HU12 for a few days now. Come on KCom we pay through the nose for your broadband at least make it work properly.

  @jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.

  @bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

  @steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

  @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up
