    @KCOMhome I have been running some tests over the past few days with my network and others on the KCOM infrastructure. Do you throttle XBOX downloads at 5PM? It has been consistent for the past few days?

    Not seen the pitch at the KCOM look as poor as it is now for a good few years..Is Ehab penny pinching on the pitch maintenance too?

    @leestelfox @LondonFaithful @KentWomble Groundman at the KCOM a couple of years ago came out and stated that football did more damage to the pitch then RL did,

    @KCOMcare No this is not. But somebody on a BT network has a constant speed. Me and others on KCOM bang on 5PM everyday drop down from our full package speed to around 500kbps! Got to be something on KCOM or one of your partners?

    Kcom are being bad neighbours again. That stupid bloody alarm (the Allam alarm?) has been going off for more than twenty minutes. Stop punishing the people of HU3 and HU5!

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare Why are your opening hours for monday noted as being 7.00 -18.00. Tried calling at 15.00 and the auto response was lines are closed. Very poor customer service KCOM.
